Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility

The Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility, located in Santee, CA, is a Design-Build detention and re-entry facility for women inmates in San Diego County. The 460,000 sq.ft. project includes 28 buildings across 45 acres, 1,216 inmate beds and also features dining, medical, administrative and security facilities, buildings for inmate industries, rehabilitation and learning resource center and a new entrance with expanded parking for staff and visitors.
