#TeamHelix is proud to power up The Grad San Jose at San Jose State University! Consisting of 19 stories and 260 units, the student housing building will feature a three-quarter-acre recreation deck that has a pool, barbecue grills and picnic area. The building will also include 15,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, storage for 575 bikes and a bike repair station. To learn more about this unique and innovative project, click here.
