The Sterling Natural Resource Center (SNRC) is a design-build water treatment plant and community center project located on a 14-acre parcel capable of treating 8 million gallons per day, creating a new water supply to book the region’s water independence. The treatment facility will serve as a community center supporting education, entertainment, and leisure. Special features include a satellite payment and customer services center; community event and multi-purpose space; outdoor community event space; and amphitheater.
