Summary: A unique design/build project comprised of three major components: A 19-story, 301 unit luxury condominium building with 25,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor over four levels of underground parking, a five-story office building and the trolley bisecting both structures. The trolley stop will provide access to San Diego City College and the surrounding urban neighborhood. Scope of work includes electrical and telephone service, power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, motor and lighting controls, fire alarm, telephone, TV and security systems.
