Also included is construction of a three-story tilt-up building with interior metal stud walls, the demolition of five existing buidlings and the construction of a two-story tilt-up building with interior metal stud walls, installation of a 2,500 KVA oil-filled transformer, main switchgear and rough-in for special systems, power distribution and lighting.
