Summary: A design/build project using a "bridging" process. Elements include nine new five-story student housing buildings that upon completion will house 2,670 students in 618 dorms with laundry facilities, study rooms and 11,000 square feet of retail space, a swimming pool and two 950 vehicle parking structures. Electrical includes high voltage and telephone site distribution throughout, including pad mount transformers and switches, site utilities, and lighting for sidewalks, parking, landscaping and signage.
