Construct new influent raw water blending and meter vaults, rapid mix facility, dual media filters and surface wash system, filter washwater supply facilites, waste washwater recovery basin, raw and finished water chemical facilities, chlorine containment and emergency scrubber facilities, chemical waste storage tanks, electrical power distribution, and stand-by power system.
