Summary: A 300,000 square foot hospital with a two-story surgical treatment and diagnostic center, two four-story bed wings and a helipad. Scope of work includes all power and lighting for the buildings, the helipad and several garden areas. A strong emphasis was placed on patient room headboard coordination, MEP above ceiling pre-planning, and fire alarm smoke control scenario coordination. Work on the project began well before actual construction as no conduits were allowed in the decks or below slabs.
