Summary: Desert Living Center and Visitors' Center buildings with site, landscape lighting, and solar site lighting. Buildings are to be LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified. This requires the project to be a "green build" with attention to using environmentally friendly material, to limit the amount of refuge, to use recycled material as much as possible, and to use alternate sources of energy such as solar power. Scope includes all power and lighting, a design/build fire alarm, and conduit for the teledate system. Also includes extensive underground work for landscape lighting and high voltage distribution.
