Summary: A 78,500 square foot three-story general library / classroom facility will serve the varied academic needs of a rapidly growing college campus. All three floors will house classrooms. The first floor will also house lecture rooms, and the third floor will house offices. The scope of the project includes a main switchboard, disbtribution board, diesel generator transformers, lighting with low voltage control systems, under-floor ducting and a complete fire alarm system.
