Summary: This project is an upscale, contemporary, residential complex consisting of two 4-story buildings on grade housing a total of 535 units, clubhouse with multi-media center, high-tech business center, library, kitchen, fitness center and a separate 1,100 space parking structure. Scope of work includes a complete fixture package for the clubhouse and fitness center as well as recess and surface-mounted fixtures in the units. Installation also includes fire alarms, and state-of-the-art data and communication capabilities.
