Summary: New veterans assisted living facility with 296 residential units integrated with recreation / activity rooms, exam, medical, dental, lab and x-ray, gardens, dining room, work and office space. Scope includes installaton of distribution boards, control panels, low voltage lighting, generators, transformers, UPS systems, 4,800 feet of cable tray, over 83,000 feet of site power, branch and system conduits. Project includes extensive systems in fire alarm, security, CCTV, telecomm, nurse call, CATV and PA. In addition, there are over 8,000 lights to be installed.
