Summary: A seven-story, 230 unit, residential structure over two levels of subterranean parking. This design/build project included furnishing and installing fire alarm, emergency lighting and back-up systems, generator systems and rooms, landscape lighting and irrigation systems, audio visual equipment, security, communication, CATV systems, trash compactors, and door systems. Conduit and cabling for telephone, data, cable TV and intercom systems. Furnished and maintained all temporary power and lighting systems. Site electrical utilities included trenching, shoring, conduit placement, encasement requirements, street work and traffic control.
