Many members of Helix's project management team began their careers as college interns, co-ops, entry-level Project Engineers or have advanced rapidly through the field ranks. From Electrical Apprentice through Foreman and Superintendent, advancement is highly encouraged and fully supported. Our training and development programs include both in-house programs - Helix University - and an Education Assistance Program.
